G.AL® C250 is GLEICH's premium cast tool and jig plate, manufactured from EN AW-5083 aluminum alloy (AlMg4.5Mn0.7). We engineer each plate through our proprietary casting process and precise heat treatments to produce a fine-grained, uniform structure with extremely low microporosity and superior dimensional stability.

The result is a plate that stays flat before, during, and after machining. Whether you're milling deep cavities or surface-finishing complex geometries, C250 delivers consistent results across the entire plate - no distortion, no surprises.

These plates offer enhanced anodizing properties, making them perfect for precision machining and visual elements. Its excellent machinability makes it the preferred choice for shops that demand high surface quality and long tool life.

Every G.AL® C250 plate ships with a full EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate, including chemical composition and mechanical property data for complete traceability.
