G.AL® C330 brings high-strength performance to the precision cast aluminum plate family. Based on alloy EN AW 7021 and treated to temper T79 in GLEICH's proprietary heat treatment furnaces, C330 offers the highest strength in the precision plate range - without compromising the flatness and dimensional stability that makes G.AL® the benchmark for mold making.
When structural performance is the priority - deep-cavity injection molds, high-cycle production tooling, or large-format plates where deflection under load is a concern - C330 is the specification-grade choice.
The T79 temper delivers an optimized combination of strength and stress-corrosion resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications where C250 may not provide enough structural rigidity.
Every G.AL® C330 plate ships with a full EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties throughout the cross-section.

Tool Making
