G.AL® C300R is the high-strength sawn plate solution for applications where C210R's mechanical properties are not sufficient. Built from alloy EN AW 7021 in temper T79, it undergoes GLEICH's precision heat treatment process - delivering the highest strength in the sawn plate range while maintaining the flatness and stability that define G.AL® quality.
For deep-cavity injection molds, high-cycle production tooling, and large-format applications where plate rigidity under clamping or injection pressure is critical, C300R provides the structural performance margin that keeps your tooling dimensionally stable over long production runs.
The T79 temper provides an optimized balance of strength, stability, and resistance to stress-corrosion - suitable for demanding production environments.
Like all G.AL® plates, C300R ships precision-sawn and ready to machine, with a full EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate for complete material traceability.
